When will the new Naptime range arrive?
Ease, Core, Flip and Cloud are on pre-order now, with stock arriving late October to early November. Order today to secure yours, and we'll ship as soon as it lands. If you need a mattress sooner, our previous models are in stock at clearance prices in the last chance range.
Which Naptime mattress should I choose?
Start with how you like a bed to feel. Ease is medium-firm: supportive with enough give to stay comfortable. Core pairs five-zone pocket springs with responsive latex and a reinforced edge. Flip has two sides, cooler gel memory foam on one and firmer latex on the other, so you can turn it over if you change your mind. What mattress sizes do you sell?
We sell Single, King Single, Double, Queen and King mattresses. Not every model comes in every size, so check the size options on each mattress. For exact measurements, see our Australian mattress sizes guide.
How does a mattress in a box work?
Your mattress is vacuum-rolled and packed in a box, so it fits through hallways, doorways and up the stairs. Unbox it within 14 days, cut away the plastic and let it expand on your bed base. Like all rolled mattresses, a 2–5cm size variance can occur after expansion. That's normal, and it doesn't affect comfort, support or performance.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
Delivery is free to metro areas on orders over $499. Metro QLD, NSW and VIC orders typically arrive in 1–7 business days, and interstate or regional orders in 3–14 business days. You can also click and collect from 13/30 Smith Street, Capalaba, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:45pm. Pre-order items ship once stock arrives. Full details are on our shipping and delivery page.
Can I try the mattress at home?
Yes, on Naptime Core, Naptime Flip and Naptime Cloud. They come with our 100-night Goodnight Guarantee, with a 30-night settling-in period before you can make a claim. Naptime Ease and our previous models aren't covered. Full terms are on the Goodnight Guarantee page.
Can I pay later?
Yes. You can choose Afterpay or Zip at checkout.
