OUR IMPACT

Sustainability

At Naptime, we believe great sleep and caring for the planet go hand in hand. We’re not just building mattresses - we’re building for longevity, transparency, and better impact.

Local & Responsible Design

Our products are thoughtfully designed right here in Australia, with quality, durability, and everyday comfort at the forefront.

By designing locally, we maintain close oversight of materials, construction and finish, ensuring every piece meets our standards before it reaches your home.

Our bed bases are crafted using FSC® certified timber. This certification means the wood comes from responsibly managed forests that prioritise environmental protection, ethical sourcing and long-term sustainability.

It’s a strong, reliable foundation, made with a more considered approach to the planet.

Materials with Purpose

We carefully select high-quality foams, coils, and fabrics for their durability, performance and safer material standards; because what’s inside your mattress matters.

Wherever possible, we prioritise low-VOC materials and work to minimise unnecessary emissions during production.

Our approach is simple: no excess, no over-engineering, no waste. Just thoughtfully made products focused on real comfort, proper support and better sleep, night after night.

Circular Thinking
& Waste Reduction

Mattresses are complex products, and we’re aware of the environmental challenges associated with disposing of them.

We support responsible recycling and dismantling programs - steel, foam, wood, and fabric can often be separated and reused.

As industry practices evolve, we’re exploring take-back or trade-in programs so your old bed doesn’t end up in landfill but is given new life.

Built to Last

One of the best sustainability decisions is durability—designing mattresses that remain comfortable and supportive for many years.

Fewer replacements mean less waste, lower carbon footprint, and better value over time.
