We know how important good sleep is. That’s why we want you to be completely happy with your Naptime mattress. Need to swap it? We make it as straightforward as possible, so nobody loses sleep.
Goodnight Guarantee
Did you know it takes at least 14 nights to adjust to a new mattress? If you’re still not loving it after two weeks, just let us know, and we’ll help make things right. You’ve got up to 60 nights to make the call. All we ask is that you keep it in pristine condition – so make sure you pop a mattress protector on.
Changed Your Mind?
If you’ve purchased pillows, manchester or clearance items you have up to 7 days to change your mind and request a refund. For health reasons, items must be unused and unopened. We’re happy to provide a refund, you’ll just need to organise your return shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Sometimes, things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we want to know about it. Let us know what’s happened and we’ll organise a replacement, repair or refund, so you can get back to sleep sooner.
What We Can’t Accept
While we want you to be completely happy with your Naptime mattress, there are a few things we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on.
- Mattresses that have been used without a mattress protector
- Stained, soiled, wet or torn mattresses
- Change of mind on custom or made-to-order products
- Clearance or floor stock, unless otherwise marked
What We’ll Refund
We’ll refund the mattress price (excluding the original delivery fee) provided it’s returned in its original packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges are free under the 60-Night Guarantee for eligible models.
If you’re returning by choice, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How to Return/Exchange
Step One
Email our Support Team with your order number, reason, and photos if applicable.
Step Two
We’ll verify eligibility and guide you through pickup or drop-off options.
Step Three
Once your mattress is returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.
