When will my Ease arrive?

Ease is on pre-order, with stock arriving Late October - Early November. We’ll email you a delivery date as soon as your order is on its way.

Does it fit my bed?

Ease comes in Single, King Single, Double, Queen and fits any standard Australian bed base or frame of the same size.

Can I pick it up?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect it from 13/30 Smith St, Capalaba, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:45pm.

What’s in the box?

Box. Bed. Done.

Ease arrives vacuum-rolled because getting a full-size mattress through your house sounds unnecessarily difficult.

Take it to the room. Open the box. Cut the wrap. Let it unroll.

Please note: As our mattresses are roll-packed for transport, a small size variation may occur after unpacking. A tolerance of approximately 2–5 cm in mattress length is normal and does not affect the comfort, performance or fit of the mattress.
