Naptime is a 100% Australian owned and operated, online, and retail business based on Brisbane’s bayside at Capalaba in Queensland.
Were you once Mobile Mattress?
Yes, we were!
Mobile Mattress was our original name when we first launched, focused on delivering high-quality mattresses directly to our customers. As we’ve grown, so has our vision. We rebranded to better reflect who we are today and the broader sleep experience we now provide.
While our name has changed, what hasn’t is our commitment to comfort, convenience, and exceptional customer service. You’ll still find the same dedicated team, the same reliable delivery, and the same focus on helping you get your best night’s sleep, just under a new name that better represents our evolution.

What is the most comfortable mattress?
Comfort is personal. What feels perfect for one person might not suit another.
That’s why we take the time to guide you through firmness levels, materials, support systems and features, so you can find what genuinely feels right for your body.
At Naptime, it’s not about selling you the “most popular” mattress; it’s about helping you choose the one that gives you your best night’s sleep.

Is a firm mattress best for back pain?
Not always. Good support matters more than strict firmness. You want something that supports your spine in your sleeping position - whether you lie on your back, side, or stomach.
How long till the mattress adjusts/feels right?
Give it time. Most people take 2 to 4 weeks for full adjustment, as your body and the mattress both settle in.
What are body impressions? Are they defects?
Normal. Comfort layers conform to your body, creating impressions - these are expected, not faults.
Should I rotate or flip my mattress?
Most modern mattresses are one-sided. Flipping isn’t necessary. But rotating every three months helps spread wear and extend life. We do offer an adjustable mattress, our Naptime 2.0, designed to give you the flexibility to flip and adjust the feel over time.
What if my rolled mattress doesn’t look right when unboxed?
No worries. It arrives compressed and needs time - up to 48 hours - to fully expand. Small rebound variance is expected.
Shipping & Delivery

When will my mattress arrive?
If your item is in stock, we dispatch it the same or next business day*, so it’s on its way to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location:
Metro QLD / NSW / VIC: 1–7 business days
Interstate / Regional areas: 3–14 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Please note that delivery timeframes exclude public holidays and may vary slightly during peak sale periods, but we’ll always work to get your new sleep setup to you as soon as possible.
What if I’m not home when it arrives?
No worries, if you’re not home, the courier will leave your item at your front door or in a secure location at your address if one is available.
Can I pick it up?
Yes! Click & Collect is available.
Simply select Pick-Up at checkout and arrange a collection time with our team. You can collect your order from our Capalaba warehouse:

We’ll have it ready so you can get your new sleep setup home sooner.
Do you remove my old mattress?
Not currently. Because of how we deliver, we don’t remove old ones. But we’re happy to recommend services like Airtasker or local rubbish removal.
Care Instructions
How should I care for my mattress?
A little care goes a long way.
Rotate your mattress every few months to promote even wear. Make sure it’s placed on a suitable, supportive base. And keep it clean and dry. We recommend using our Naptime Protector to help guard against spills and everyday wear.
These simple habits will help maintain comfort, support and longevity for years to come.
What about the smell or feel right after unpacking?
When you first unbox your mattress, you may notice a mild “new product” scent. This is completely normal with fresh materials and will dissipate as the mattress airs out. Simply remove the packaging and allow it to breathe in a well-ventilated room.
Your mattress may also take up to 24–48 hours to fully expand and settle into its intended shape and height. During this time, slight variations in feel or firmness are normal.
Give it a little time; it’s all part of the fresh-out-of-the-box process.
Warranty

What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects - including structural faults and sagging beyond the specified threshold outlined in our warranty terms.
It’s designed to protect you against issues related to workmanship or materials under normal use, giving you added peace of mind with your purchase.

How long is the warranty?
Warranty periods vary depending on the product, with each mattress and bedding item covered for its own specified timeframe from the date of purchase.

What isn’t covered?
Our warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, stains, improper or unsupported bases, normal wear and tear, or general neglect.
To keep your warranty valid, we recommend using a suitable base and our Naptime protector to help maintain your mattress in the best possible condition.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my mattress?
Yes, during your trial period, you can request a return or exchange, provided the mattress meets our policy conditions.

What if I receive a faulty product?
If your mattress arrives with damage or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible.
Our team will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with our policy.
