We're confident you'll love your Naptime mattress. But if it's not quite right after 30 nights, we'll work with you to get your sleep sorted with personalised support, comfort guidance, and where appropriate, a comfort solution tailored to you.
If we can't make it right, we'll organise a return.

Step One

Get in touch via email with our sleep support team after 30 nights. Tell us what's not working, we'll take it from there.

Step Two

We'll work with you to understand the issue and find a comfort solution. This may include personalised guidance or, where appropriate, a comfort adjustment.

Step Three

If we're unable to resolve your comfort, we'll approve a return. Your mattress is collected by our charity partner and your refund is processed on collection, minus original delivery and a $99 collection fee.

The Goodnight Guarantee

We're confident in every mattress we make, and we stand behind them. Give it at least 30 nights, as it takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.
If after 30 nights something still isn't right, contact our team. We'll first work with you to improve your comfort through personalised support and guidance. In some cases, a comfort solution may be offered.
If we're genuinely unable to improve your sleep, a return may be approved subject to our conditions below.

The 100-night Goodnight Guarantee period commences on the day your mattress is delivered.
The 100-night Goodnight Guarantee applies only to the following mattresses: Optimal Support, Naptime 2.0 Dual Firmness, Odyssey, and Oasis Gel.
A minimum of 30 nights must pass before any comfort claim can be made. This allows adequate time for your body to adjust to your new mattress.
Where possible, Naptime will first attempt to resolve comfort concerns through personalised guidance and support. In some cases, a comfort adjustment may be offered at Naptime's discretion.
Returns are only approved where Naptime is unable to resolve the comfort issue through other means. A return is not guaranteed and is subject to Naptime approval.
The Goodnight Guarantee applies only to mattresses — bed bases, headboards, manchester, and toppers are not included.
If a return is approved, collection is arranged through our nominated charity partner. A $99 collection and handling fee applies. Original delivery and freight costs are also non-refundable.
Refunds are processed once the mattress has been collected by our charity partner — not before.
You'll need to keep the original plastic packaging so that you can repackage the mattress for collection.
The Goodnight Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
To be eligible, you must use an industry-standard mattress protector for the duration of your trial. Due to health and hygiene reasons, claims cannot be processed without one.
Your mattress will be inspected to confirm it is in a reasonable condition. The Goodnight Guarantee is void if the product has not been kept in good condition. We may ask for photos prior to arranging collection.
If you live in a rural or remote area, you may be required to pay the delivery cost or arrange to return the mattress to our nearest courier distribution centre at your own expense.
All claims are subject to Naptime approval.

Unexpected bumps?

The right support is important. Putting a new mattress on an old bed frame can cause problems. If you’ve got sagging slats, it might be time for an upgrade.

Sore neck?

Your new mattress works hard to support your alignment – it could be your old pillow that’s throwing you out. Pillows should help to keep your neck straight, so your whole body can follow. Need a new one? Look here.

Good things take time

It can be normal to feel a little uncomfortable at first, especially if your body is used to a poor sleeping posture. Give it at least 30 days and see how you feel.

Breathable bedding

Still sleeping hot? Using natural fabrics like cotton, linen and silk for your bedding and PJs will help you get the most airflow. Need new sheets? Look here.

Strong scents

Naptime mattresses are CertiPUR® certified, but just like a new car, initial odours can be expected. Keep your room well ventilated for a few days.
