1. Promoter. Mobile Mattress Group Pty Ltd t/a Naptime, ABN 59 167 544 998, 13/30 Smith Street, Capalaba QLD 4157 ("Naptime", "we").
2. Promotion period. The promotion starts on 7 October 2026 and runs month by month until we end it by updating this page. Each calendar month is a separate draw.
3. Who can enter. Australian residents aged 18 or over who have bought from Naptime. Naptime staff and their immediate families can't enter.
4. How to enter.
(a) Post a review of Naptime on ProductReview.com.au (https://www.productreview.com.au/listings/naptime) during the month; and
(b) reply to our email, or email hello@naptime.com.au, with the name shown on your review, before the end of that month.
5. Any rating counts. Every eligible review gets one entry, whether it is positive or negative. Your rating has no effect on your chance of winning.
6. Limits. One entry per person per month. A review stays eligible only for the month it was posted. Reviews that ProductReview removes, or that breach ProductReview's guidelines, are not eligible.
7. Prize. One winner each month receives a $100 Naptime gift card, redeemable at naptime.com.au. The gift card has no expiry date and no minimum spend, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Total prize value: $100 per month.
8. Draw. Each month's draw takes place at 13/30 Smith Street, Capalaba QLD 4157 on the 5th business day of the following month, at 10am AEST. The winner is chosen at random from all eligible entries for that month.
9. Winner notification. We'll email the winner within 2 business days of the draw. If we can't reach the winner within 14 days, we'll redraw on the following business day at the same place and time.
10. Privacy. We use your details only to run this promotion and contact the winner, in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. General. ProductReview.com.au does not sponsor, endorse or run this promotion. Reviews are published under ProductReview's own rules and may be marked as incentivised. We can change or end this promotion if something outside our control affects it, subject to any applicable law.
