At Naptime, we make getting better sleep as easy as possible, right down to delivery.

We offer free standard shipping to metro areas in QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA on all orders over $499.

For orders under $499 in these metro areas, as well as for all other locations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect before placing your order.

Same/Next Business Day Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched the same or next business day*, so your new sleep setup is on its way sooner rather than later.

Please note that during peak sale periods, there may be slight delays.

What Happens On Delivery?

Your order will be delivered kerbside by our courier partner to your front ground-floor door (no stairs, lifts, or inside delivery). Deliveries are typically completed by a 1–2 person team, and you may need to be available to help carry and position the item safely.

If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the item at your address. Please note that once delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage.
